Every family's journey is different. But the questions are often the same — Where should Mom live? What do we do with the house? How do we manage all of this without losing ourselves in the process? Revantum was built to answer those questions. Two specialized teams. One trusted partner. No one faces this alone.
Two Services · One Partner
We bring together two specialized services, each focused on a different part of the journey, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Finding the Place That Feels Like Home
Choosing the right senior living community is one of the most consequential decisions a family can make. Our advisors take time to understand your loved one's needs, preferences, and priorities — then guide you through the options with clarity and confidence. Our service is completely free to families.
Honoring the Home You've Built
A family home holds decades of memories. Letting go of it deserves more than a transaction. Hearthstone manages the sale of your home and belongings with professionalism and genuine care — no repairs needed, no commissions, no stress.
About Revantum
At Revantum, we understand this journey on a deeply personal level. Many of us have walked beside loved ones as they struggled to hold onto their independence — navigating the quiet worry, the difficult conversations, and the overwhelming sea of choices.
Families are often asked to make important decisions quickly, while carrying the weight of concern, uncertainty, and sometimes grief. In those moments, what families need most is not pressure or confusion, but clear guidance, patient listening, and someone they can trust.
"Silver Harbours was created from that place of understanding. We saw how many families were quietly carrying these burdens alone, and we felt called to offer something different — a steady light and a safe harbour during a difficult time."
Our mission is simple at its heart: to gently surround families with compassionate support, honest guidance, and the hope of finding a safe and peaceful place when life feels uncertain.
Kerstin Weyer brings both professional expertise and heartfelt compassion to families navigating the complex and emotional journey of senior care decisions. Kerstin holds bachelor's degrees in childhood education and business management. Her professional background includes legal office management, bookkeeping, and client service, where she developed a reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and thoughtful care for the people she serves.
Kerstin's calling to this work became deeply personal when she cared part-time for a close friend living with Alzheimer's disease. That experience revealed the importance of compassionate guidance during difficult seasons of life.
Kerstin understands that transitions in later life often involve more than simply finding a new residence — they may include coordinating care, identifying financial resources for long-term care, selling a long-time family home, and thoughtfully downsizing decades of cherished belongings. She helps families find safe and supportive living communities while also guiding them through the practical realities of long-term care planning.
Max Dycus works at the intersection of senior life transitions and real estate, helping seniors, long-time homeowners, and families navigate complex property decisions with clarity, dignity, and respect. He and his family have had direct personal experience helping parents transition through senior care.
After decades in professional, highly regulated environments requiring sound judgment, risk assessment, and accountability, Max founded a specialized practice focused on senior transitions and residential real estate solutions. Many of the people he serves are facing moments of significant change — downsizing, estate settlement, relocation, health-related moves, or properties that have become difficult to manage.
His role is to slow the process down, explain options clearly, and help families make informed decisions without pressure. That may involve an as-is sale, renovation planning, or a wholesale real estate transaction aligned with timing, condition, and financial goals. Every situation is different, and his approach is always solution-focused and ethical.
Max regularly works alongside escrow attorneys, investors, contractors, municipalities, and family members to ensure transactions are handled professionally and efficiently. He values transparency, follow-through, and outcomes that respect both people and property.
At Revantum, we believe every senior deserves to feel safe, respected, and at home — and every family deserves to feel supported, informed, and understood.
With compassion, patience, and real-world experience, we walk alongside families as they navigate important decisions about care, housing, and the future. We take time to listen carefully, explain options clearly, and help families move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
Above all, we are here to stand beside you — every step of the way. Because no family should have to face this chapter alone.
Do these people understand what my family is going through? — Yes. Many of us have walked this road personally.
Can I trust them with important decisions? — Our advisors are licensed, credentialed, and bound by an ethic of care, not commission.
Will they treat my loved one with dignity? — Always. Every senior's story is honored. Every family's situation is handled with respect.
Silver Harbours
For many families, the question doesn't arrive all at once. It begins with small moments of concern — things that feel slightly out of place or more difficult than they used to be. If you're wondering whether it may be time to explore additional support, you are not alone.
Community living offers connection, support, and joy — often more than families expect.
Tasks that were once routine — cooking, managing medications, or maintaining personal hygiene — may become harder to manage safely and consistently.
Forgetting appointments, repeating questions, getting lost in familiar places, or leaving appliances on can indicate that additional supervision may be needed.
Frequent falls, difficulty navigating stairs, or problems managing medications may signal that living alone is no longer the safest option.
Seniors who live alone may gradually withdraw from social activities and friends. Isolation can significantly impact emotional well-being and overall health.
Chronic health conditions, reduced mobility, or a recent hospitalization may make independent living more difficult and increase the need for supportive care.
When caregiving begins to strain relationships, work, or your own health, additional support can benefit everyone involved — including you.
"Recognizing these signs is the first step. We're here to help you take the next one."
